Three men have been shot outside a home in Sydney's west.
Emergency services were called to the house on The Horsley Drive in Smithfield just after 8pm (AEST) on Friday following reports of a shooting.
The men were found with gunshot wounds but their conditions were not yet known, police said.
The street has been closed between Wetherill Street and Gibbs street as PolAir and the Dog Unit search the area.
Police are urging the public to avoid the area.
Police believe the incident is bikie related, according to Fairfax Radio.
At least 15 bullet holes have reportedly been found in a garage door on the street.
