A SYDNEY father has been charged with murder over the fatal stabbing of his daughter.
The 29-year-old woman was found by emergency services outside a unit block at Kingsford in Sydney's southeast on Thursday morning, police say.
She had been stabbed once in the back and paramedics rushed her to Prince of Wales Hospital, where she died a short time later.
Police say the stabbing was "domestic related".
A 57-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Maroubra Police Station, where he was later charged with murder.
He has been refused bail and will appear in Waverley Local Court on Friday.
