A MAN has been charged with drink driving after a police pursuit in Sydney's southwest.
Police say the 29-year-old man was involved in a domestic violence incident in Macquarie Fields, which later continued at a house in Ingleburn.
They say the man failed to stop when they spotted him driving near the house and a chase ensued.
The man was was eventually stopped and arrested in Ingleburn.
Police say he returned an breath-test reading of 0.126.
He was charged with malicious damage, not stopping his vehicle when directed to by police, and driving with a mid-level prescribed concentration of alcohol.
The man was also issued with an apprehended violence order.
He'll appear in Campbelltown Local Court on Tuesday.
