University to roll out 11000 Apple iPads - The Australian

ALL new students who enrol at the University of Western Sydney in 2013 will receive an iPad, as part of a massive rollout announced today.

The university said in a statement it would distribute 11,000 iPads to each new student and all academic staff in 2013 "to support learning and teaching innovations across the curriculum and in informal learning environments".
