A house fire in the Ashby area of Sydney has been ruled suspicious in nature. (George Mortimer/CBC) Cape Breton police have charged a 22-year-old Sydney man with arson after a fire at a home in Cape Breton early Saturday morning.
Officers say the blaze on Forrest Street in Sydney broke out just before 6 a.m.
The home was fully engulfed in flames when fire officials arrived.
Investigators say a 22-year-old man from the Sydney area has been charged with arson and damage to property.
Police say they're looking for a second man who was also allegedly involved in the incident.
