A MAN has been taken to hospital after being glassed in the neck during a street brawl in Sydney's central business district.
Police said the man, 18, was hit in the neck with a glass bottle in a fight with another man in the CBD about 4am Saturday.
Bouncers from a nearby pub tried to separate the men but the fight continued at the intersection of Pitt and Liverpool Streets where the glassing occurred, police said in a statement.
The wounded man was taken to St Vincent's Hospital.
His injuries are not life threatening.
A man, 21, has been arrested over the incident.
