TOM Lynch went bang with six goals one from seven kicks in the third quarter to guide Adelaide to a 98-point lead at the final change.

Lynch had a golden opportunity to slot his 10th, becoming the first Crow since Tony Modra in 1994 to achieve the mark, but missed to the near side.

Adelaide completely outclassed its rivals in the third quarter booting 11 goals.

1/2 TIME: Crows 74 lead Giants 19

ADELAIDE put paid to its outclassed rivals piling on seven goals in the second quarter to lead by 53 points at the main change.

Tom Lynch was the chief destroyer inside the arc slotting three goals for the Crows while Patrick Dangerfield chimed in with two.

Dangerfield almost muddled up his first when he stopped, then propped in the goal square, dropping the ball after hearing the whistle thinking he had given away a free kick for hands in the back.

But the classy Crow composed himself picking up the football and converting from point blank range.
