Police have seized three unregistered guns and charged a man with firearm and assault offences after investigating alleged domestic violence in Sydney's southwest.
Police executed a search warrant at a house in Leppington about 2pm (AEDT) on Sunday, uncovering a shotgun, two rifles and ammunition.
A 43-year-old man was arrested and charged with eight offences, including common assault, possessing unregistered firearms, possessing ammunition without holding a licence and not keeping a firearm safely.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Campbelltown Local Court on Tuesday.
