    Police have arrested 77 people following a western Sydney dance music festival. The Defqon festival was held at the Sydney International Rowing Centre at Penrith on Saturday, attracting almost 25, 000 people. Targeting anti-social behaviour, drug and alcohol offences and public safety, officers conducted a number of searches, returning 77 drug detections.
