Sydney Leathers, the woman behind Anthony Weiner's latest sexting scandal, told the Daily News that mayoral hopeful used to talk politics during their steamy phone-sex sessions.
Incorrigible Anthony Weiner mingled his City Hall dreams with erotic fantasies during steamy phone-sex sessions, says his cyberparamour Sydney Leathers.
“He would talk about how he felt everything would be okay from his first scandal,” the Indiana woman told the Daily News in an exclusive interview Saturday.
“He’d go on and on about how his constituents would support him no matter what,” she claimed. “He talked about himself as if he was infallible.”

Leathers told The News that Weiner talked about himself 'as if he was infallible.'
Leathers, catapulted into the spotlight by her raunchy relationship with Weiner, said she wanted to expose the pervy pol’s duplicity by going public with their “romance” — and now she won’t let him move on from the second coming of his sexting scandal.
She said Weiner was texting and calling her for graphic phone sex up to five times daily through Election Day 2012 — long after his resignation from Congress and his empty claims of rehabilitation.
Last week, Weiner told the Daily News that he has ended his sexting.

“I’m definitely interested in confronting him face to face,” Leathers told The News. “I would tell him to stop being a hypocrite, stop humiliating his wife and stop embarrassing the city.”
The Democrat admitted he had a relapse a year after he resigned from Congress in sexting-related disgrace in June 2012, but now says his online escapades ended last summer.

Weiner told The News last week that he has ended his sexting ways.
Leathers, whose online relationship with Weiner was part of the relapse, said the ex-lawmaker with the major libido routinely boasted about his prowess with voters and his plans to run for mayor.
“The people of New York love me, you understand, they love me,” Weiner allegedly said during one of their phone-sex sessions in 2012, his Indiana sexting partner claimed Saturday.
She said Weiner told her he had a bulging campaign war chest — and he was in a “use-it-or-lose-it” situation. “I have this campaign money. Even if I’m not going to be mayor, I have to do something with it,” she quoted Weiner as saying.
Leathers want New Yorkers to know her side of the controversial story and has no plans to back down.
As of last summer, Weiner had more than $4 million in his campaign account and faced a deadline this year to use it or be blocked from cashing in on millions more in public matching funds.
