WHO better to have barracking for your team than James Bond himself.

British actor Daniel Craig snuck quietly into Sydney on Friday ahead of tonight’s British Lions v Australian Wallabies clash at ANZ Stadium.

Craig, 45, flew first class on Qantas and was spotted arriving at Sydney Airport on Friday morning.

He’s a massive rugby fan and once played for Hoylake RFC.

Craig and his James Bond Skyfall co-star, Javier Bardem, bonded over their love of the sport.

"He played rugby for Spain, so he's serious. It's funny, we never went together, but he went to the Six Nations (tournament) and I went to the Six Nations when they were on. I got him tickets. He got me tickets. I'd love to go to watch a rugby game with him."

Coincidentally, injured Lions captain Sam Warburton has been dubbed rugby’s 007 because of his ripped physique.

Up to 30,000 British fans are expected to turn up to tonight’s game.
