Motorcylclist killed in collision with car in western Sydney - The Daily Telegraph




A MOTORCYCLIST died following a collision with a car in western Sydney.



The motorbike was travelling along the Great Western Hwy, Minchinbury when it collided with another vehicle about 6.20pm.


Police said the man died at the scene.


The woman driving the car suffered facial injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital.


This fatality occurred after police launched the annual Operation Stay Alert warning drivers to be safe on the roads over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend.


Two people died during last year's operation.
