Vivid festival turns Sydney into canvas of light - Ninemsn

Sydney was transformed into a canvas of light for the opening of the Vivid festival last night.

The festival features an array of light installations and projections that illuminate some the city's most loved icons, including the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Now in its second year, Vivid runs until June 10 and also includes public talks, debates and musical performances.
