Big firms returning to CBD - The Australian

CORPORATIONS and government departments are deserting the once-popular North Sydney office market and moving to the central city, with ANZ Bank poised to sublet about eight floors in its Kent Street offices to NSW Health.

It is understood the government department, currently based at 73 Miller Street, North Sydney, would move to 347 Kent Street in Sydney's western corridor, also managed by its current landlord, Investa. ANZ would move from Kent Street to Grocon's new 50-storey building at 161 Castlereagh Street by June. The $800 million tower opens next month.
